Programmable freq. dividers tackle 15 GHz

The HMC862LP3E and HMC905LP3E SiGe BiCMOS programmable frequency dividers feature low noise and come in SMT packages. The HMC862 can divide by 1, 2, 4, or 8 in the 100-MHz to 15-GHz input frequency range. The HMC905 can divide by 1, 2, 3, or 4 in the 400-MHz to 6-GHz range. Read More

Rail-to-rail SiGe op amps offer unmatched speed-power efficiency

The LTC6252/3/4 and LTC6255/6/7 single/dual/quad rail-to-rail SiGe operational amplifiers achieve 720-MHz GBW and 280-V/µs slew rate while consuming 3.3 mA supply current and 6.5 MHz GBW and 1.8 V/µs slew rate, at a 65-µA supply current, respectively.
